The Villa Menu is Lago Giuseppe's daily menu. We have created the perfect menu for this sustainable, boutique winery. Enjoy organic pizzas and breads made with fresh ingredients right out of Lago Giuseppe's own Gatehouse Garden; or delight in La Donna Dolce's famed Chocolate Truffles and the delectable Chocolate Ganache Torta, both made with Dark Chocolate direct from Belgium. These and other sins are available daily along with wine-tasting in the Tasting Room at The Villa, or over-looking the lake on our stunning Event Site. For a real treat, ask about our wine-pairing events and menus.
The Grill Menu is available during our Sunday BBQ and select holidays, serving up sausage sandwiches and vegetables all grilled right on our outdoor BBQ pit. The BBQ itself is hand-made, as are the sausages: a specialty from local rancher, James Negranti. He uses age old family recipes for his products and veggies grown fresh on his ranch in Morro Bay.

Lago Giuseppe menus boast all natural and organic ingredients - most grown directly on the property - and all hand-crafted into fabulous creations. Our fabulous chef, Morgan Aanerud of La Donna Dolce Catering, was trained in Le Cordon Bleu program at the California School of Culinary Arts. Morgan has an impressive local resume including Pastry Chef for both Palazzo Giuseppe's in San Luis Obispo and Windows on the Water in Morro Bay. We are truly honored to work with her!!
